STEP 1: FILL OUT OUR NEW CLIENT FORM

Upon the submission of your New Client Form, you will a Welcome Email with instructions on how to use the Time To Pet client portal.

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD THE TIME TO PET APP

Upon receiving your Welcome Email, you can log in to your client portal on a computer or a mobile device by downloading the Time To Pet app.

STEP 3: REQUEST A MEET & GREET

After you have entered all of the fields in the client portal, book a Meet & Greet! For more information about the Meet & Greet, visit the Meet & Greet page. Fill out new client form here.

STEP 4: REQUEST A VISIT

Prior to your Meet & Greet, you can request future walks or visits if you already know when you will be needing them. Please note that requests sent outside of office hours will not be approved until the next business day. Our virtual office hours are Monday through Sunday from 7 AM until 10 PM. Clients are unable to request visits through the app within 48 hours of desired time, but may send us a message in the client portal & we will do our best to accommodate. We finalize our weekly schedule every Friday for the following week & cannot guarantee approval of requests sent between 10 PM on Friday evening through 7 AM Monday morning.
